My fee structure includes:
All meetings, stationery, telephone, mailing and faxing costs within Australia.
Personally written ceremony and vows of your choice.
A full rehearsal (if required).
Travel within a reasonable (~25kms) area. Extra charge for long distance.
All legal documents completed, lodged to the relevant authorities.
Present Marriage Certificate at your ceremony.
Professionally printed copy of your ceremony.
A deposit of $150 upon accepting your Notice of Intended Marriage and it confirms your booking. The deposit is non refundable.
The remaining is due 3 weeks prior to your ceremony. Payments may be made by cash or cheque.
Due to the popularity and the higher cost of the equipment hire on weekends, there is a $80 surcharge on Public Holidays,
Saturdays and Sundays.
The Official Marriage Certificate Extract is optional and is most likely for immigration purpose; it is on your own cost to
obtain the certificate. However if you completed the Application form before/on your wedding day, I can send it in for you
without repeat your ID approve, copies and extra postage.
A standard wedding ceremony is usually takes 30 minutes. Surcharge may apply when extra Ritual is requested, also it will
charge for excessive time and this is not always available if I have other commitment. Price for long distance (> 25kms) is
negotiable.
Refund policy
A full refund may given if your wedding cancelation is made 2 weeks before your booking, and Partially refund may given if
a cancelation is made one week before the ceremony. Any time beyond that, will be non refundable. If the celebrant cannot
attend your ceremony for a genuine reason, the celebrant is responsible for all your documentation transfer or your full payment
will be refunded.
Finalise your payment
An invoice will be send to your provided address or email address 3 weeks prior to your ceremony if you have not yet finalise
your payment. However, if we did not receive your payment by the end of the due day, we presume that your booking may not
be continued.
